Registering With Our Practice
We are unable to accept new NHS patients at this moment.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible with at least 24 hours notice, so that we can allocate the appointment to another patient.
If you miss or late cancel your appointment, we may be not able to complete your treatment and offer you NHS care in the future.
For new patients, if you miss your initial appointment we will be unable to offer you further appointments.
