Dear Patients,
Thank you for your ongoing support during Covid-19 pandemic.
We are open for urgent and routine treatments.
Please bear with us as appointment times are limited due to new protocols introduced for your safety.
Infection control has always been a top priority at our practice. In addition to our usual cross infection control measures, we have been paying particularly close attention to all government guidance and updates related to Coronavirus.
You will see some changes when you next come for an appointment – we have made these changes to help protect our patients and staff.
• Please do not visit our dental practice without an appointment. To book an appointment, please call us on 01908 313109
• All necessary forms will be available to complete online. You’ll be able to fill them out in the privacy of your own home and submit them to us prior to your appointment.
• Whenever possible, please attend your appointment alone (a child can be accompanied by 1 adult)
• We ask that patients “check-in” by calling us on 01908 313109, letting us know you have arrived. We will call you in as soon as we are ready for you.
• We will carry out temperature checks of all patients and visitors.
• We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the practice.
• Please wear your own face covering at all times other than during treatment.
• We have decreased the number of patients we see each day to ensure less congestion and maintenance of social distancing. Please help us practice social distancing while in the Practice.
• You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines or children’s books since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
• We installed protective screens and placed floor markings to follow national guidelines.
• We are sorry to inform you that our toilets are out of use at this time.
• Our staff will be wearing even more protective gear, such as surgical caps, face shields, and FFP3 masks. We also want to reassure you that we have spared no expense to ensure that your treatment is at the highest level of protection.
