Make An Appointment
If you are a new patient, please complete the New Patient Registration first and download and fill in the medical questionnaire and bring this with you to your first appointment. Please note that appointments are not guaranteed until they have been confirmed by the reception team.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible with at least 24 hours notice, so that we can allocate the appointment to another patient.
If you miss or late cancel two appointments, we may be not able to complete your treatment and offer you NHS care in the future.
For new patients, if you missed your initial appointment we will be unable to offer you further appointments.
